Annual General Meeting 2007

CEO Walter Ruland welcomed 48 Members present and the first Mayor Albert Müller. After the presentation of agenda items, he invited like last year before the official part of the mayor donated snacks for which he thanked on behalf of all fire service members to thank.

Walter Ruland put the events and activities of the last year on the basis of the Michaela Haslam and

Benjamin Hammer reported the use of pictures about the activities of the youth group last year (Berufsfeuerwehrtag, large-scale exercise, first aid training). Currently, the youth group of 12 members, those who took part in 30 exercises and 3 group evenings. Also took the youth group at the traffic protection crusaders. The youth officer thanked in this regard to all that supported him in their youth work so energetically.

Treasurer presented the cash balance as at 31.12.2006 and explained the most significant figures. The auditor Joseph Heinzinger and Max Weichenrieder confirmed the proper and correct cash-flow as expected without complaint. The relief was carried unanimously. Walter Ruland would like to thank Anton Weichenrieder also for the management of Florian parlor, which means a considerable amount of work in addition.

photovoltaic system on FFW Building
The CEO explained to the members present intention to adopt in the new addition, a photovoltaic system. For this measure is necessary in the opinion of the managing committee a vote in the General Assembly. Beer Fest 2007
The beer festival will take place this year with a commercial festival. Currently, 20 companies have registered in the community to participate with their products and presentations at this event. It is the larger scale advertising with more visitors than in previous years expected. Even Mayor Albert Müller showed great interest and supported this event very much, because it is as the business development on the site is used.

2008 elections
Walter Ruland said that Wilhelm Pichler (2 Board) and Anton Weichenrieder (treasurer) at the next election is no longer available will be available. Likewise, would no longer

Richard Krimmer pointed out that according to rule now security guards are to be settled directly with the service provider members.
